Where can I buy Canviiy products?
Canviiy products are sold online and in retail stores nationwide, find the nearest store location on our Where To Buy page. You can also conveniently purchase our products on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, Ebay.com and Canviiy.com.
Can I try samples before purchasing?
We are not offering online samples at this time. We may change this policy in the near future, please be sure to check with us again.
How long does the ScalpBliss™ serum calm a scalp itch?
Every individual has a different scalp type. Scalp types range from oily, normal, dry, to combination. Depending on your scalp hygiene and type, the ScalpBliss™ serum may calm your scalp itch between a range of hours to days.
Are your products animal tested?
No, Canviiy never test products on animals.
Why is the ScalpBliss serum texture different from the last time I purchased it?
Canviiy formulates with natural ingredients which may vary in color and consistency.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with shipping tracking information.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@canviiy.com to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, your credit card will not be charged. If the order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Where does Canviiy ship?
Canviiy currently ships packages within United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and specific international regions including Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.
What shipping methods are available?
Presently, Canviiy only ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. After your order is processed, delivery will be scheduled which may take between 3-4 days to arrive to the specified U.S. address on your order.
Does Canviiy ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to the following regions: Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Please see our Shipping & Returns Page for international shipping guidelines.
Does Canviiy ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return merchandise or make an exchange for equal value. You may return unused or lightly used products within 10 days of receiving the order. Please contact customerservice@canviiy.com to request your return shipping label.
Once we confirm receipt of your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.
