Shipping Returns

Where does Canviiy ship?

Canviiy currently ships packages within United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and specific international regions including Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.

What shipping methods are available?

Presently, Canviiy only ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. After your order is processed, delivery will be scheduled which may take between 3-4 days to arrive to the specified U.S. address on your order.

Is expedited shipping available?

At this time, expedited shipping is not available. All mail is shipped USPS First Class.

Does Canviiy ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can.

What is your return policy (U.S. Only)?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return merchandise or make an exchange for equal value.  You may return unused or lightly used products within 10 days of receiving the order. Please contact customerservice@canviiy.com to request your return shipping label.

Once we confirm receipt of your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.

Does Canviiy ship internationally?

Yes! We’re pleased to ship our products around the globe. We offer international shipping to the following regions:

Pricing displayed on canviiy.com are exclusive of taxes. When you checkout, your order will amount to the items purchased plus shipping and handling fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard order processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday, Eastern Time Zone). As soon as your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking information.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We currently offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and PayPal for international orders. Payment is accepted in US dollars at the time of purchase. If your billing address is located in a region/country that we do not ship to, you will not be able to process your order.

SHIPPING METHODS & FEES

We currently offer UPS First Class Shipping for all international orders. Expedited Shipping is not available at this time. If no unforeseeable delays (see definition below*) occur in destination country, international orders typically arrive to the specified address on your order between 7-10 days. Your shipping fees do not include custom dues; please review your country’s custom rules and regulations. Canviiy offers the following flat rate shipping rates by region/destination:

*Unforeseeable Delays: In the cases of natural disasters, severe weather conditions and slow shipment processing times, Canviiy does not assume responsibility for any unforeseeable delays that may occur during transit.

International Returns: We do not offer free returns on international orders. International returns must be returned at the cost of the customer. Once we confirm receipt of your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and completed.
