The 16th Annual Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival hosted a variety of family-friendly arts, culture and musical events while celebrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Canviiy attended the highlight of the Festival which was an electrifying 2-day Music Fest during the weekend of January 16th-17th.
